The Appeals Court of Santiago sentenced to 13 years of prison to three ex-agents of the DINA due to the crime of kidnaping against Francisco Javier Bravo Nuñez, as part of the Colombo Operation.
In addition, other ex member of the National Direction of intelligence (DINA) was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment.

The ex agents condemned to 13 years of prison are César Manríquez Bravo, Pedro Octavio Espinoza Bravo and Raúl Eduardo Iturriaga Neumann, while Pedro René Alfaro Fernández will be in jail for 10 years.

Despite of this condemns, the Appeals Court, has discarded send to trial a ten of ex agents because the court was not able to prove their participation on the crimes, under the investigation of the minister Hernán Crisosto Greisse.

The kidnapping of Bravo Nuñez occured the 26th of August of 1974, when the MIR activist was arrested at his house located in San miguel, to be transfer to the DINA headquarters.
