Managers, who are currently working in Chile, are happy because even though the national economy is decelerating, their salaries will continue to increase.

Today their wage averaged is of 9 thousand dollars per month, almost 6 million pesos, and by the end of this year they would end up with a rise of 5.1%, this according to Mercer Chile.

According to “Diario Financiero”, the TRS (Total Remuneration Survey) 2015 would have polled 239 companies from different areas and the study concluded that Chile has the highest paid managers in Latin America. Followed by Argentina, Perú and Colombia.
