“Hagan” case: tribunal would have accepted almost the 92% of the evidence

Today could probably finish the evidence presentation on the preparatory hearing for the oral trial on the “Hagan” case.

The public attorney, Miguel Angel Velazquez, who’s sustaining the accusation against Domingo Cofré, highlighted that most of the evidence has been accepted by the Guarantee tribunal.

The defense of the only involved in the crime is awaiting in order to demonstrate the innocence of Cofré.

We have to remember that the 22-year-old woman, Erica Hagan, was found dead in September 6th of 2014 at her residence inside the Baptist School of Temuco. She came to Chile as part of a student exchange program.
