Catholic Priest Fernando Karadima would have to declare at Court

Karadima’s defense tried to prevent the priest from declaring at court by the interjection of an appeal. But the catholic priest should declare at court and not in a monastery.

Because Karadima refused to attend last September 21st interrogation, arguing that he had health problems, the magistrate has to set a new date for the questioning.

It is important to note that this civic sue was done by three of the victims: Juan Carlos Cruz, James Hamilton and José Murillo who are accusing Karadima of sexual assault.
