The Government has announced a proposal to start a dialogo between all the involved on the acts of violence that have increased at Los Ríos region.
The idea was submitted after the meeting of Council of Intendants, headed by president Michelle Bachelet, in which was broached the security scenario, with the interior ministry.
The intendant of Los Ríos, Egon Montecinos, informed he will elaborate a dialogue proposal, which is going to be endorsed by the Ministry, and informed during the coming days.
Montecinos explained that the meeting was the opportunity to express the main concerns in regards to different subjects, such as the economic, health, connectivity, and rural security.
Regarding to rural safety, the Intendant, assured that together with the Interior Ministry, have agreed the need of generate new dialogue instances with the people involved, and the better coordination of police, to be on alert, due to the last incendiary attacks.
Finally, the main authority of the region, has valued the encounter, because in his opinion, is the opportunity to know the reality of other regions and to share opinions with other intendants.
