“Ciudadanos gives a new option to the people facing the discredit of the parties”

In august of 2015 and after two years of working, the political group put the name “Fuerza Pública” aside, and migrated to “Ciudadanos”, to be established as a political party and make an strategical alliance with Amplitud and Red Liberal.

Its founder, Andrés Velasco, sustained that “the main purpose of Cuidadanos is to give to the community a different option, besides the two tradicional blocks”.

The national coordinator and future president of Ciudadanos, Alex Olivares, said that since two month ago they started to working in six regions and that they will continue, in order to form the party and push the constitution process to a national level.
