Since this Wednesday the cities of Punta Arenas and Balmaceda will be connected by one shuttle service per week, joining together the regions of Magallanes and Aysén.
With the Transportation Ministry’s support , The Patagonian company, Aerovías DAP, is going to regularly operate the flight segment which will connected the south of the Patagonia and the Carretera Austral, providing of conectivity between the capitals Punta Arenas and Coyhaique.
The iniative has been developed in the frame of the company philosophy, which since more than 35 years has flown through patagonic and antarctic skies, giving a responsible support to the communities, and now will connect significant tourist poles, according to information provided by Prensa Antártica.
