Enersis has scheduled for the end of April a restructuring plan to reduce its staff, among 12% and 15%, which means the firing of 350 employees.
The dismissals would include to some subsidiary firms belonging to the company, like Chilectra and Endesa, and according to Pulso, owing to the large amount of engineers, administratives and technicians.
The plan to reduce personnel, would have been designed by high executives in coordination with the Global Direction of human resources from ENEL.
This strategy has been applied, after the offices in Santiago, have stopped to manage the affiliates of other South American countries.
