The General Comptrollership of the Republic, will regulate the Reserved Law of Copper, after the modification of a 2009 ruling. Action that according to parlamentarians, will make possible to delve into the investigation of the polemical “Milico-Gate”.
As part of the political point of view of the “Milico-Gate” case, the Defense Minister, José Antonio Gómez, is going to attend this Wednesday to the first session of the fraud inquiry commission of the Reserved Law of Copper.
Investigation that until today, detected a defraudation nearby to 3 thousand million pesos, among 2010 and 2014.
On his behalf, the UDI deputy, and member of the instance, Jorge Ulloa,has requested to Gómez the disclosing of all the information he has on his power.
