Chilean soccer player Arturo Vidal was involved in a car accident this tuesday night, while he was driving his Ferrari in one of the southern highways of Santiago.
The midfielder of the Juventus and national team player was with his wife María Teresa Matus when suffered a front to end collision with another car, a white Chevrolet with a man and a woman as occupants. However Vidal was seen unharmed at the scene, but his wife has some bruises in her arm.
Vidal was lucky enough to not fall from a 32 feet high pass. The airbags of the car were also triggered.
The player and his wife was taken to the Buin Hospital to check their health status and practice the mandatory alcohol testing.
The chilean national players were free for the day, but they should arrive to the training camp of Juan Pinto Duran before 23 hours today.
