The Chilean soccer selection fell on position at the FIFA ranking announced today by the World’s Soccer President.

The Roja, technically leaded by Jorge Sampaoli, descended one position at the list being at the 16th place, now it is the 5th best selection that between June and July will be part of the selection tournament that is the oldest of the world.

It should be noted that because of the defeats with Iran and Brazil at the mini European circuit that was carried out at the end of March within the Copa America 2015 preparation, the selection fell a position regarding February’s classification.

About the rest of the list, the most important fact is that the Colombian selection falls from the podium and descends to the 4th position, while Belgium gets its best historical position by getting ahead of the ‘coffee producers’ and now it is 3rd, as it was published today by the world institution.

Belgium, that won two matches in March (5-0 with Chypre and 1-0 with Israel), got its highest position at the FIFA’s classification in its history (third). The two first positions continue with no variation: Germany, current world champion is in the first position; Argentina, finalist at Brazil 2014 is in the second position.
