The prosecutor in charge of the Caval case, Luis Toledo, stated that does not exist enough evidence to prosecute to the son of the president Michelle Bachelet, Sebastián Dávalos.

Toledo explained that even though of the investigations made to find information to procecute to the husband of Natalia Compagnon, by not having conclusive antecedents, logically he is not empowered to do it.

The prosecutor insisted on this is not an arbitrary action, because it is founded exclusively on antecedents existing at the investigation file.

In regards to the prosecution process of the Caval case, the hearing has been scheduled for the coming Friday, January 29th, where at least 13 people, including Natalia Compagnon ( the company’s owner) are going to be prosecuted.
