The stay of the ex-president of the ANFP, Sergio Jadue, in Miami after recognize his participation in organized crimes and electronic fraud, has opened the discussion about how the diligences against him can be set if Chilean justice requires his presence.

Regarding to this situation, the National Prosecutor, Jorge Abbott, confirmed they are going to provide all the necessary support to the Orient Regional prosecuting, facing potential diligences like interrogation procedures.

Refering about the investigation he said that ” is an unusual inquiry of a crime which has been treated under absolute confidentiality in relation to the case information”.

Manuel Guerra is the prosecutor in charge of the investigation and will count with all our support, in all the due diligences”, Abbott assured.
