The team headed by the National Prosecutor Sabas Chauan, works to identify relationships between political figures and tax documents that are considered as confidential for 40 days.
At least 3 ministers of the current government and 50 parliamentarians received funding from Soquimich by means of bills allegedly false. The record shows three government ministers, 13 senators and 37 representatives who, according to some exclusive information of Radio Bio Bio, received funding by means of bills from companies, composed by family, friends and advisers, which were paid by the company SQM.
In addition, the SII submitted a new criminal tax lawsuit to the National Prosecutors against the legal representatives of the company Soquimich SA, for the improper reduction of the taxable income of the company.
The lawsuit was also directed against those responsible as perpetrators or accomplices of illicit reported, adds SII. This involves 237 false tax documents for $ 2,202 million and 609 false bills fees, adding $ 2,145 million.
Channel 13 TV gave a list of taxpayers who issued bills that may be questioned. This, as the company has recognized expenditures by $ 11 million dollars in exchange for documents that could be questioned by the SII.
